With ferocious avidity the morning newscaster on CNN announced the start of WWIII on the early morning edition of their broadcast. She sat at the news desk and tried to act placid while nervously chattering about how violent the outcome was going to be. As I sat here listening to the nonsense coming out of the squawk box I decided that the best course of action would be to plan an emergency escape into the caves below Missouri. In the clarity of the moment I knew I was too far away to make this happen so I made the next best emergency preparedness plan I could, I bent over and kissed my ass good-bye.
