These works are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited

Permitted Use (License Agreement):

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased PDF files and digital designs for the following purposes:

Prohibited Use:

NO AI TRAINING: 

Without in any way limiting the author’s [and publisher’s] exclusive rights under copyright, any use of this publication to “train” generative artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate text is expressly prohibited. The author reserves all rights to license uses of this work for generative AI training and development of machine learning language models.

  • Commercial Use:
    • Selling, licensing, or redistributing the digital files or printed copies for profit.
    • Using the designs for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, or product design.
  • Modification and Derivative Works:
    • Modifying, altering, or creating derivative works based on the original designs.
    • Removing or altering any copyright notices or watermarks.
  • Distribution:
    • Sharing the digital files or printed copies with others, whether for free or for profit.
    • Uploading the designs to any website, file-sharing platform, or social media platform without express permission.
  • Mass Production:
