How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
Countdown
Well for sure the time to unplug isn’t now! Coffee just finished brewing and the first cup is having the opposite effect on me O YEAH!
I can however tell you that the official countdown for me to unplug will reach lift-off on Monday
I am receiving a copy of Eric Clapton’s “Unplugged” album and man I can’t wait for this gem to arrive. Since I don’t have it yet I will give you a preview of how I plan to unplug.
Until Then
Knowing when to step back, unplug and recharge is a natural act for me and I find the best way for me to accomplish this tricky endeavor is to put on some Kick ass Blues or Jazz, lean or lie back, close my eyes and tune in to tune out.
