Coffee should be the logical answer as I ran out first thing today and had to go searching for a store open early enough to help me.
Not wanting to drive to the next town over to find a store, I thought about hitting the local gas station to grab a cup of weakness with sugar but nixed that idea in a quick bean minute, let me tell ya.. The good old Dollar General was just opening the doors as I went grumbling in and made my way to the coffee aisle.
The limited choices made the decision easy, NO Starbucks except pods which I don’t use so the next best will have to do today. Cafe Bustelo is not to bad so like the old friend it is, it comes to my rescue today.
I’m like a bear with a bad attitude until the mud of miracles kicks in in the morning. Back at the homestead waiting on the magic to brew I get to thinking about this prompt and what I would sell.
Honey? the sweet nectar of the Gods, nope. Basically being too sweet is just not a feeling I’m having this morning.
Coffee? nope. To many people like me with bad attitudes in the morning and if someone wanted to order coffee with fifteen ingredients…well they would be shit out of luck because this Dawg’s coffee shop would sell only black, strong brews.
The second logical choice would be dog treats but again I nix that idea as I would be sitting around all day eating milk bones and quickly run the shop into the ground.
So, as the Cafe Bustelo kicks in and I start the brain wave function boogie of another Saturday morning I offer this answer, a Book store. A place where you could enter and find relaxing reads, good music playing and of course, coffee.
