I am stuck in trying to send my PDF files to get printed at IngramSparks and they tried to help me but I don’t understand. Following is what they tell me I need to do but I am completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please could you remove the files you have attached from the file upload page and review the following to ensure your file(s) meet our requirements: • The file is converted to PDF/X-1a:2001 • The files are flattened • The interior is in single-page format • The file name is e.g. 978123456789_INTERIOR.PDF or 978123456789_COVER.PDF • The file is no larger than 1.5GB • Remove all crop marks as they can be printed

The interior is in single-page format?

I am using Canva pro for this and it has single pages, do I need to redo the whole thing? It states that I need page breaks but I just don’t understand.

My files are below the 1.5 GB so I’m good there, and the crop marks are not in it either.

Also how can I adjust the pixels for the cover photo?

I am down on bended knees begging for some advice or direction to further my journey. Thank you in advance.
