DATELINE 1-800-call home [311-8295]

I made this number up from the letters matching the numbers in alphabetic order using the last digit of said match. I then dialed the number and found a graphic designer.

Ok, I have been further than the telephone line so let me go on.

I worked on a fishing vessel back in the nineties that sailed from Tacoma Washington up to the Aleutian Islands [Dutch Harbor] Alaska where we would fuel up and unload our catch on the docks.

A 360′ floating factory with a freezer below three stories of factory, sleeping quarters, galley etc…

When we fueled up and or emptied our freezers we would go out into the Pacific where we could be found fishing off the China coast in International waters.

This job was intense, we would rotate 16 1/2 hours shifts then sleep, eat and do it again. When we got to the docks in Dutch Harbor there was no ‘rest for the wicked’ as some stood fire watch for re-fueling while others worked unloading the product and yet others would be found scrubbing the ship spotless.

So there you have it, the furthest I have travelled physically from home.

Another kind of trip has taken me beyond the known realm of sanity into the mind’s galaxy of imagination, a trip made up of sounds mixed with illusions to promote one of the best trips I have ever been on.

Jason Bonham’s LED Experience tour with meet and greet passes was exceptional and perfected by the addition of Heart on this tour.
