A dawg usually has great instincts but today finds me following one I am not really happy with but what’s a dawg to do.

Controlling this ass kicking habit is tough to do and today finds me losing ground. Cold Turkey you say?

The only cold turkey that is even plausible to comprehend this morning would be leftover samwiches next week with mayo and mustard.

Chantix has been a staple in my quest to complete this [butt] after the fifth consecutive month on these pills showing no obtainable goals brings low confidence this morning and believe me brothers and sisters I’m like a timebomb with a short fuse right now!
