I'm tired of dreaming about your nightmares so I need to make you see
Your the ghost of Christmas past and your opinion doesn't matter to me
What if I was a scrooge and didn't want to share my hopes and dreams
Getting on me for saving money is ridiculous or so it damn sure seems

Turning the tables around I enter into a discussion of your wicked past
By landing a job like this for eternity you must have showed real class
The question I want to ask you is really a pretty simple one to understand
When recklessly preparing for your future is this what you had planned?
