An even more important invention came in 1979. the McDonalds Happy Meal, one year behind the Big Mac. That’s right, this important invention brought on a new level of obesity which affected the whole world and continues to do so today.
In 1987 disposable eye contact lenses were invented. This fabulous invention made it possible for self-conscious people to open their eyes to the bullshit technology that was on the horizon but were more widely used to scan the fast food menu at Burger King.
Are any of these three of these the most important? probably not so I regress.
I refuse to believe that computers are the most important invention made in my lifetime as they are a crutch to lean on and crutches were invented around 3000 B.C.
