I have been on WordPress for a year now and have came a long way from day one. This site has went into unknown realms and many transformations to get where I am at today. I have found terrific friends here and a few I consider family so here is a big SHOUT-OUT to all of you!!!
Friends & Family

This experience has brought some changes to my attitude and mind set along with a fountain of fun and learning that I am grateful to have had. From my first post to this one, I have had a blast and am enjoying the growth.
NTT is a great platform for us to use and have fun so a big THANK YOU to Kevin for this. More sites that have become regulars to prompt my mind include Kymber’s, Shweta’s, Sammi Cox and John Holton to name a few.
One friend that I lost contact with and recently found again is Stacy who started out about the same time as me and used to have me rolling with her humor. Others I need to highlight are Willie, who has become a brother and mentor, Mary Doyle, Phoebe , & Nancy whose experiences resonate with me deeply, and of course Sirius Sea who is a purr-fect storyteller. There are many names not listed as I can’t list everyone here so please forgive me if your name is not highlighted today.
Frustrations

As these books were a spur of the moment adventure from an altered mind and many mistakes were made, I think I will be backing off of trying to market these until later in the year as I need to learn a whole new venue with marketing.
I am still happy to have achieved getting these done. No, they are not perfect but they were completed without any professional help from editors so there’s that.
I am wondering if I will ever be happy with this adventure as every time I pick one up I find mistakes in the way I presented them. I believe that this whole publishing process is a very interesting but trying adventure.
I’m sure that the authors who can afford to spend X amount of dollars to hire professional editors, formatter’s and proof readers and can also promote the books on a higher level than me might be more successful. This is frighting to say the least as I follow one Author who explains how hard this endeavor is and promoting books can require a deep pocket and still be unsuccessful.
Since I never had delusions of becoming a best selling author I am not really let down or disappointed in sales and am stoked to be able to have achieved this. Many thanks to all who supported me on this journey.
The Dawghouse

A Baker’s dozen of images of the changes this site has seen over the year. I am very happy with where I have it for now and hopefully I can leave it alone for a hot minute.
Again a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who visits the Dawghouse.
