What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?

There are a couple of things I try to do to make light of heavier times.

The worst and most used technique is sleep. It can lead me into that dark spot of depression if not careful.

Try to change my mindset by doing something different, changing the routine up get my mind off the problem I’m having.

Shout it out, bark, growl or raise a little hell

Of Course as the title states, helium. Yes inhaling a little of the balloon juice goes a long way quickly to stop any negative feelings.
