A perfect day would find the temps in between 76 and 80 degrees with a slight breeze. Sunny days with fluffy clouds of imagination floating in a clear blue sky.

Listening to the 'Beatles' sing about Penny Lane, 'my spirits are lifted from the pouring rain to see the blue suburban skies'. I turn the stereo off and gather up the courage to go outside and enjoy a beautiful summer day. This is bravery in motion for a person with Agoraphobia like me.
