Hi Everybody! Today I am answering John’s ‘This Week’s Writer’s Workshop Prompts’

Here are this week’s prompts:

Write a post based on the word roommates
Write a post in exactely 12 sentences [lines]
What’s something that makes you far angrier than it should?
If you could change the color of one thing, what would it be and why?
If you knew you could live forever, how would you spend your days differently?

When you are young it makes sense to have roommates, to share expenses and good times together. Roommates can and usually make tight bonds that can last a life time but there are times when the oppsite is true also. In times of youth, knowing I would live forever, I was reckless and dumb about the quality of life I was living. Now, in my golden plated years I find that makes me far angrier than it should. Wasted days and wasted nights over decades has left me feeling blue.

Half way through this challenge I found myself stuck on how to squeeze all of these in this today and say to myself, “Self, you can quit right here, so I did”.
