I was going to do the regular mixing of prompts here today but the daily was destined to stand alone in this recipe.

This is a wide open prompt and one that has me putting some thought into it, kind of like a secret recipe that you don’t want to share with anyone.

How many types of food are we talking about here? What types of food are we suppling for this answer? Do you see where they are trying to take us?

Favorites of any kind seem to change over time for many reasons, not available anymore, too expensive to indulge in, not healthy for you, taste changes over time. Okay, enough of this nonsense.

There are so many foods that tickle my tastebuds this is hard to answer so I’ll leave you with three.

3: Food that is prepared from scratch is the front runner of favorites in this Dawghouse.

2: Shrimp prepared in any fashion has always been on the top of my list.

Trying to pick the healthest food to ingest is tricky sometimes and mixing just the right amount of each ingredient to have the final piece come out and not only looking good but leave a savoring taste behind is priceless. Mama’s cornbread was fantastic but by adding a few jalapenos or onion bits added flavor to the mix which improved the taste.

The ingredients supplied from grocery markets will make or brake a recipe and the same is true for prompts. Sue and Gary, Di, Esther, Shweta and John all are top shelf groceries where I shop for only the best ingredients to mix my favorite recipes and present them to you for your viewing appetite. The daily is more like Dollar General, a hit and miss on finding the right ingredients or prompt.

The desserts I provide come from a specialty store, You Tube, a place I find to add a musical flair to the end of a thoughtful meal, enjoy and please don’t worry about leaving a tip, the dawghouse values your dining experience and warmly invites you back to experience another fun day of treats.
