The Starbucks Streamliner slowly starts to pick up speed as it leaves the station behind schedule this morning.

Damn sure looks good don’t it? But this whole waking up thing isn’t happening yet. My day is planned and hopefully I will see it come to fruition as it looks sooo good on paper. Shrimp etouffee is on the menu today for snack time. I also want to make a seven layer salad to throw in the mix of Saturday treats at the dawghouse.

As this is cleaning day I need to make the dawghouse spotless and as stated do some cooking before kick-off time [noon] to be relaxed and ready for the day.

I am giving serious thought to bringing another tv into the living room as I can’t split my screen and setting it side by side to watch two exciting games that will be played at the same time.

Of course I’m talking about Alabama going to Missouri but also those Oregon Ducks facing Indiana in what might be the second best game for Oregon this year, the first being a win against that nut job team called the worthless buckeyes.

As I sit here and ponder why the coffee isn’t working at full speed I reflect on the pros and cons of hot & spicy etouffee and football and find the only cons I can relate to today are Eddie Murphy and Martin Lawrence in the movie “Life” which I found hilarious every time I watched it. Yes dear readers this is the answer to a prompt 😎
