Jill was thrilled to see the night finally arrive

Bubbling cauldron smells filling the dive
She entered carrying her favorite black cat 

Jack was in the corner watching the crowd
People dressed up and ready to party down
Music was drifting from the stage really loud
As Jill hit the floor in her high side slit gown

The treats of the night were not meant for kids
Potions would be used in the night of disco balls
Witches and Warlocks preparing to place bids
Flashes of strobe lights engulfed them one and all

Jill danced a two step mumbling a magic spell
She winked when dancing past handsome Jack
A love potion bringing her out of her quiet shell
She found herself wanting a fresh human snack
