I just need to be left alone in the morning while I try to wake up.
My personal space is not to be shared by uninvited phone calls, which with robo calls seem to happen all damn day. In the waking moments of each day I need the quietness of personal reflection and prayer to set my mood and mind right. Not happening today. I barely poured my second cup when this damn box started squawking and refused to let me be surrounded with peace.
So what’s this rant have to do with the prompt? I’m not really sure just yet but do know the combining of other prompts into this isn’t happening today.
Peace and quiet in the waking hours is absolutely at the top tier level of the coolest things I can ever find but the thing is, is that I can’t keep it all the time so I guess this is not the right answer to the prompt.
Okay, so silence is golden in the waking hours but no answer, let’s try this instead. I found an album in a second hand record shop for a killer price and brought it home. After cleaning it and spinning both sides the crackle and pop was tolerable so I’ve kept it, adding it to my collection of vinyl. Oh, by the way, The album I am referring to is not some limited run collectors album but more of a personal choice.
Should I add a rub to this post and not mention the name of said album? I wonder how that would play out, (play out – get it 😁)

The album is Bob Dylan’s Blood on the Tracks, to me a great find I’ve kept for many years.
