I am proud to announce that Dagmara K. chief editor over at Spillwords has published my poem “I Await” for their Haunted Holidays series. It is always an honor to be published at Spillwords , Thank you Dagmara K and your team for this wonderful wonderland opportunity.

I Await
written by: Ernest Federspiel
As I sit on this beach in the Caribbean sunshine
I await the special season filled with joy and peace
Travelling around the globe I claim what is mine
I actively seek chaos and promote its increase
Santa shares the nighttime sky, unaware I am here
I follow him on his excursions, dancing in the snow
My job is satisfying, I only work one night each year

Happy 1st December! The countdown is now officially on. But first a new limerick challenge. Your new word is BORING

December Dreams
December is here again, out come the lights
Travelers stranded from overbooking flights
Into the New Year we will all go exploring
Hoping for adventures that aren't all boring
Dealing with the ground being all white

Only an ultracrepidarian would offer a definitive prediction for the outcome of any post found in the Dawghouse, it’s an unpredictable mess, not a regulated dog track.
